Ch Tejsingh Sorout Jan Kalyan Society was established with the vision of creating a compassionate and self-reliant society where no one feels helpless or ignored.
Through education, environmental protection, community development, self-defence training and old age welfare, we strive to bring positive change at the grassroots level.
This journey would not be possible without the support of our volunteers, members and well-wishers. Together, we can build a society based on kindness, equality and hope.”*

With 6 years of experience in the development sector. He is a Bachelor of Arts & Science or D.EL.ED and leads the Livelihood and Community Development initiatives with a core focus on administration, economy overview, capacity building and partnership liaison with governments.
Shanu
With 6 years of experience in the Education & Community sector. She is a Master of Science with B.ED and leads the Livelihood and Community Work & Education Project.
Ved Prakash
With 5 years of experience in the this sector. He is a Bachelor of Arts or D.EL.ED and leads the Livelihood and Community Development initiatives with a core focus on administration, capacity building.
Manish Kumar
With 10 years of experience in the development sector. A certified Micro Finance Professional from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, he has wide range of experience in Financial Management, Business Strategy and Planning, Project implementation and Fundraising.
Manju Devi
With 5 years of experience in the sector. She is a Master of Art with B.Ed. and leads the Livelihood and Community Events.
Amit
With 4 years of experience in the development sector. He is a Bachelor of Arts and leads the Livelihood and Community Development initiatives with a core focus on partnership liaison with community persons & local Partners.
Yogesh
With 3 years of experience in the health sector & leads the Livelihood and Community Development Project with heath related work.
